How Do I Upgrade My Account?

On the "My Account page you will see options to upgrade with explanations. You should select the upgrade option that you want here by clicking a button and making payment.
Please Note that:
- The upgrade payment will be taken immediately and a new subscription will start from that date and run for 30 days before the next recurring payment.
- Regrettably we normally cannot offer upgrades including the Quick Start Service (QSS) because in most cases when a client is upgrading they do not have a "blank sheet of paper" and have done some of the work or have a problem, so the QSS is not normally the best choice for that customer.
- However there are always exceptions to this, for example a client who elected to optimize a site without the additional support of a QSS - then decided later that they needed help, or didn't have any time to do the work. In that instance we would offer the customer a Client Support Package(CSP) to provide the assistance required, please see the separate article about how a CSS works.
How Do I Change My Account Details?
Your account details can be changed once you are logged in, from the "My Account" page select "My Account Details" in the top right of the screen.
Here you can edit your account details such as your registered email address and your password. Please note that you cannot change your account username.
